Worst Customer Service experience in years

I couldn't use the wheels because I was sent 2 coops and no connecting parts. Customer Service would not pick up the phone to help resolve the issue, I had to repeatedly take photos and explain the shipping error by email, had to re-package the heavy parts, and then wait several days for a refund. $500 says they don't publish this response.

Works great with reservations

If I had a perfectly flat lot, these would be perfect. One side of my coop dipped into a low spot and the bottom of the coop where the wheel connects bowed under. I now have a sturdy 2X4 wedged between the legs under the wheels to prevent this. Not a huge issue, but a stability brace would be wise even without the wheel kit.

These are perfect for moving the coop around the yard. Great integrated design and simple.
