30-Day Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Change of Mind Returns

Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided that they:

• Have not been assembled, installed, or used.
• Are returned in their original packaging.
• Include all components, accessories, instructions, and hardware.
• Are in clean, resalable condition.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs associated with change-of-mind returns.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Assembled or Used Products

Products that have been assembled, installed, used, or exposed to outdoor conditions may not be eligible for return.

Nestera reserves the right to refuse returns or reduce refund amounts where products are returned in a condition that prevents them from being resold as new.

Biosecurity & Hygiene

Due to biosecurity and hygiene considerations, products that have been exposed to poultry, livestock, animal waste, bedding materials, parasites, pests, or disease risks are not eligible for return unless confirmed to be faulty.

Damaged or Faulty Products

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incomplete, please contact us as soon as possible.

Damage occurring during transit should be reported within 72 hours of delivery where possible.

Where a fault is confirmed, Nestera may provide replacement parts, repair, replacement products, partial refunds, or full refunds as appropriate.

Return Authorization

Customers must contact Nestera Customer Support before returning any item.

Returns submitted without prior authorization may be refused.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed within 7 business days of receipt and inspection of returned goods. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for purchase.

Predator Protection Disclaimer

Nestera products are designed to provide a high level of protection against common predators when properly assembled, installed, maintained, and operated. However, no poultry housing system can guarantee complete protection against predators or other risks.

Nestera does not guarantee that predator attacks, injuries, loss of poultry, or property damage will not occur.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Predator attacks or attempted predator attacks.
• Failures of automatic door openers, locks, batteries, solar panels, sensors, or electronic components.
• Power outages, battery depletion, connectivity issues, or software failures.
• User error, improper installation, inadequate maintenance, or unauthorized modifications.
• Severe weather, flooding, falling objects, or other environmental events.

Customers remain solely responsible for monitoring and protecting their flock and property.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nestera shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of poultry or livestock.
