30-day returns. If you change your mind, you can return an unused, unassembled product in its original packaging within 30 days of delivery; return shipping is at your cost and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

If your order arrives damaged, faulty or incomplete, contact us within 72 hours and we'll replace, repair or refund at no cost to you. Email hello@nestera.com to arrange any return.
